As a reward, there is a beer or a good snack at the Himmelspforte. What you have to bring with you, however, is good physical condition, because it takes about 3 hours from the lake (Fürberg) to the summit cross. But after approx. 15 km and a good 1200 m ascent, you have reached Lake Wolfgang again and can take a refreshing swim as a reward.
