The exquisite specialty made from the skinless, dark green pumpkin seeds of the Styrian oil pumpkin is characterized by fine, nutty roasted aromas and the deep green colour.
Our pumpkin seed oil is from Claudia's parents in Styria, planted, cared for and harvested. Claudia presses the kernels according to old tradition and takes the oil away exclusively for us. The pumpkin seed oil is not stretched. 100% Pumpkin in a Bottle!
Classic for fresh salads, for sauces, as a refinement of various dishes. Do not heat.
